I just want to say the girls had a very happy birthday! Crislyn was so excited to wake up and over night she went from 3 to 4! Bretlee was ready for all her friends to be here ASAP! I can not believe how fast the last 4 years have just flown by! They are so big and so much fun! Until this yeart the girls did not give a flying leap about ther birthday but I think they have been counting down for months now! They had pretty much had it set in there little minds what they wanted and who they wanted to buy it for them! Some things they wanted I thought for sure was out of the question!Until PAPA PULLED it off! PINK BB GUNS! They love Papa so much! They want to

just like him Crislyn says " I am going to kill a bird a turkey a phesant and a MOOSE! Bretlee says " I am going to get one BIG BUCK! and some birds" When the girls said they wanted a BB GUN I had no clue where it came from and WE ALL figured they were little girsl that were a little young but, when the girls kept TELLING Papa Craig that he was getting it he figured he would not want to disapoint them and he did not! Thanks Grandma Sharon and Papa Craig! Also since Oakleys birthday they have wanted a new CAMP OUT aka Tent! They love making campouts when ever possible so they asked my mom for new campouts! SO with the help from Eliece and her online shopping my mom was able to get them Tents that fit on there bed well we put one on there bed and the other will be in the play room! They had a great birthday filled with tonz of fun a water party with there friends and a YATA aka Pinyata! Thanks so much to everyone who came and helped celebrate on there 4th birthday! They got a ton of nice gifts! The best company and they are completley wore

I just want to say I am so excited that little Sully Jean Rigby arrived June, 26 2009! Jeff and Criston will be the best mom and dad to her and Degan will be the best brother! Sully is my little neice and I love her more than words can explain. She fits right in to there family. She is absolutley beautiful! I asked Deg if I could take her home he was sure to tell me NO she is our baby. Then he says and you DONT STILL BABIES! He will have his handful trying to fight off everyone cause she is a beauty! I love Criston and Jeff so much they are some of my very best friends and I consider them family! I love all of them so much and so excited for the new addition to there family!

So the girls both got there tonsils and adnoids out today and Bretlee also got tubes! They have done fairly well! Crislyn was so excited to go get them out she had no idea what was coming! Bretlee on the other hand wanted nothing to do with it and she still wants nothing to do with it! Bretlee went first and everything went well! She did not want to wake up and she still really has not she has had a real hard time coming out of the anestisia and wont eat or drink unless we put it in a syringe and make her poor thing. She told the nurse I HATE YOU GET AWAY! She would not go get stickers or anything. She has been throwing up poor girl! Crislyn on the other hand has done awesome! She went in so willing and when she came out she was a little combative she was hitting colton and trying to pull her IV out but she settled down drank her drink told Bretlee come on beps drink it is good for you! She went on a walk with the nurse and and was very pleasant! When we were leaving she asked if we could go to Mcdonalds so we kinda ignored it but she kept it up the Dr said it was ok so we took her and got a Mcdouble She ate the whole thing! OUCH! This has truly suprized me so much usually Crislyn has ZERO pain tollerance and Bretlee is a champ! The Dr said dont expect either of them to be the same and man was he right!

This story hits close to home with me in a few different ways I hope some of you will help me by re posting this and help them find there sister. Adopted to separate homes two decades ago, three reunited sisters have turned to the Internet in hopes of finding their younger sibling.

Ana Raquel was not quite 2 the night she arrived in Salt Lake City from El Salvador and was adopted by a Utah family.

Older sister Crystal Montes was adopted that night -- Sept. 27, 1985 -- by another Utah family. A video taken by Montes' adoptive family at the airport shows both girls.

Montes, who was 8 when adopted, has already been reunited with sisters Leticia Walter Morgan and Patty Oborn. Both Morgan and Oborn were also adopted to Utah families a few months apart.

The three women now hope the Internet will help them find Ana.

"Not one day has gone by when I haven't thought of her," said Montes, who said she often cared for her sister during their birth mother's frequent absences. "I was more or less their mother. I looked at Ana as my own child."

Montes, now 31, has posted the video clip on YouTube and at findinganaraquel.blogspot.com.

Montes says she hopes someone will recognize the dark-haired woman seen holding Ana in the video, or the blond-haired boy seen standing next to her.

"It's like there's a missing piece in our puzzle that's keeping our family from fitting together," Morgan said.

I always new when I was younger I had another sister from my dads previous marriage that he had signed his rights over to. It always taunted me finally when I was 20 I was able to meet her! There were so many unanswered questions that I hurt for these girls! PLEASE PASS THIS ON!

I just want to tell my BEST FRIEND Criston Happy BIRTHDAY!

She was the first friend that I made when I moved to garland! We have been Besties since. She has been there for me threw thick and thin. She is a one in a million kind of gal!!!! She is a wonderful friend. We dont have to talk every day or week to know we are friends. She always knows when I am down.There are not many people out there like her and I feel so blessed I can say she is my best friend! HAPPY BIRTHDAY CRIS.

I have a ton more pics but I did not want some of us on here. SO I just looked for some that are ever lasting memories. Cris is a great mom and wife sister daughter and friend we love you so much.

Our Easter was full of food fun and more fun! First off the girls got up and looked in there baskets and was amazed with all the candy they did not care one bit about the cloths! Then they say there big wheels did not care to much! OH MAn

Then we went over to coltons parents and had a nice sunday dinner and then let the kids do there easter egg hunt! Crislyn dominated she got 19 eggs! Bretlee was right on the button and had her12! So we took Crislyns and gave the boys the rest of theres!

Then we went to my moms! She spoils them every year! They did not want to leave! They were playin with there cousins! Marks kids!

They had to put swim suites on they wanted to get in the pool!

Then our super nice neighbors the Josephesons called and invited us over to let the girls go over and join there sweet family for another easter egg hunt! It was tonz of fun!!!! That was the most organized easter egg hunt I have ever been to and it was loads and loads of fun!

Getting ready for Easter

Well I am so glad that I have been done shopping for easter for a few months no last minute rush or nothing!Colton has been so sick! He usually does not complain and just goes like the energizer bunny he never stops his OCD is to blame! Some may not take me serious but I am. The girls got there easter dresses early and wore them for Carson and Amandas wedding! I dont have pics cause I was using a camera that was not mine! I will soon! Thanks Tanis! We are going to be able to spend our easter with both sides of our family! It is nice not to have to feel obligated to switch or choose. My brother and his family came for easter this year so today we painted ourselves and our easter eggs! The kids had a blast they were going so fast they just wanted more white eggs! I thougt 2 dozen would be good for 2 3yr olds a 1 yr old and 7 month old! They could have done 10 dozen but after 2 dozen I think us parents were ready to be done!!! HA HA We really had a nice time! The girls are putting there easter baskets out so the easter bunny can fill them!!!!

Colton and I are giving the girls big wheels for easter! I know they are not pink and purple they are blue! The girls wanted them so that is what we got! PLUS some of there little boy friends

dont like to ride there bikes cause they are pink so we figured that it is more versatile! HA HA
So the easter bunny was real boring this year! He decided the girls have enough outside stuff and bubbles and all that fun stuff so he got candy that is not so messy and a few out fits dresses they already wore. Simple as that and he was done! The big wheels are something they had been begging for! I don't know why but Colton seems to think if they want it they must need it oh heck!

So I have not blogged about much lately! Sometimes I wonder why I have one! HA HA Well we will back up a month and try to catch up a bit! Well On March 5, 2009 The girls started preschool at the Corinne early learning center! WOW! Amazing preschool! This school is threw the school district! There are enough classes that the girls can be separated, that is why I looked into this school.
I drove them out there twice a week till March 31, 2009 then the bus started to come and pick them up they think that is awesome! I can not believe how much they have already learned! I think it is great that they are being separated cause they were depending on each other so much that it was making them struggle socially! I am so glad that we are taking care of this early on so that they can excell! They both love school so much and get up set when they don't get to go! They are both bringing home real simple books and being able to read them it is awesome! I am so excited!

So we all have those days that we just want to scream right! Well the last few weeks is how it has been for me! But, today I had finally had it the girls both went to the doctor on Tuesday. We found Bretlee had 2 ear infections also an upper respitory infection. So antibiotics here we come. Crislyn had croup! Steroids here we come the girls and the steroids never are fun! Then this morning Crislyn wakes up with her ears hurting and a goobery eye! NO Fun good thing the Dr. is so good he called in her perscription right away! Well all day all they wanted was there dad! Well he got off work just in time to go to his other job or social hour! I finally called him after about an hour and a half of him being there and said! YOU NEED to come home never really thinking he would and he did it was such a relief I let them lay all over him and wine at him and I laid in the bed room why they watched a movie and thought I need to get out of here before I pull my hair out! So I went to the gym.... I got home from the gym and the girls were sound asleep and colton got off the couch and got in bed him self but this is how the girls were!!! I love it! Thanks for all the help with the girls Colt! I really appreciate just beign able to bult! I love my kids so much but ear infections and 4 at a time is no fun after a so long!

So Yes thanks to everyone I had a wonderful birthday! I can say turning the big 26 was great! I really had a wonderful day! I got a lot of fun gifts and money! Yes I have pretty much already spent it! I Loved all of it! To start the day like I said I woke up to my suprises of balloons from Colt and Flowers from Sondra and cards from them and one from the girls! Then Later My mom came over and gave me a card with money and so did coltons parents and grandma thompson! Coltons other grand parents Grandma and Grandpa Potter gave me chocolates and a darling plaque with a stand! Then I answered the door to my suprise it was Nana Norma with balloons for me! She is so sweet I just love her. Then Janice stopped and gave me some really great smelly spray and lotion from bath and body it is Black Rasberry Vanilla if you have not tried it you should it is so good! She also gave me three super cute pillows to go on my couch! They say Love is spoken here, Simple blessings, Families are forever! She is always so thoughtful not to mention always spoilin me like last night when I did not feel well. She brought me a movie Madagascar 2 pop medicine and a treat for the girls she is a doll! Then Colton arived home and brought me $100 dollars and told me to have fun! Yes I needed that! I told him there was some stuff I wanted but I just wanted money to go get it! Then he took me out to dinner to Iggy's with carson and amanda! They are always fun to go with we are all like best friends/family. Carson and Amanda gave me a darling purse I love it. Thanks to everyone for the birthday wishes it was great The best birthday in a long time! I loved my birthday this year and I am so thankful for the friends and family I have in my life to help me celebrate it! I feel so lucky to have so many wonderful people in my life! I love you all Thanks for all the texts phone calls and everything! It makes me feel so blessed !!!!!!!!

So Yes today is my birthday and nothing better than waking up to a suprise! I love it! I woke up and there were was a suprises! I had some beutiful flowers with a card that colton brought home from work from a dear friend Sondra! She spoils me THANKS SONDRA! Then there was a big bouget of balloons! I love Balloons! I am sure Sondra had some in put on this too! But I love it and there were cards from him and the girls also. Then he even bought a cake! I hate making cakes let alone my own birthday cake so I am super excited! I also had a bunch of Text from my dear friends! I love you all so much! Tanis made a super nice post on her page and she is always so sweet to me I cherish our friend! I am sure I will have to make another post later! Girls first day at school

So the girls went to school today! Crislyn has Ms. Emily and Bretlee has Mrs. Keri! They are both wonderful ladies and the girls love going to school! Colton took the day off work so that we could take them to school it was a lot of fun we dropped them off and went in to brigham and went shopping colton bought them new dora backpacks with lights they thought that was reall fun! We are super excited for them!

So Colt and I woke up Sunday and everyone was feeling better since Saturday no one felt well at all! So I said we should do something fun today with the kids how about Chucky Cheese he was a little hesitant at first but we did it! By the end Colton was ready to blow a fuse! It was a lot of fun and the girls had a blast! I think it was well worth the money but thanks to Sondras little note we got online and got coupons before our adventure! We got down there and got lunch and 140 tokens and had a ton of fun and still brought home 60 tokens for the next time!!! Anyone want to go! I think I might leave Colton home ha ha ya right! He probably wishes I would be that nice cause he said we just paid money for me to have anxiety I just laughed and told him to suck it up it was worth it! Well here are a few pics from our day out!

So when Colton and I moved into our house we wanted to add another bathroom! Well we got all moved in and we really did not like the bathroom we had it was gross! That is an under estimate! The guy who lived here before bless his heart was no carpenter nor did he try very hard things just could over lap or use old to fix broken kind of guy! So we finally were able to get our bathroom redone thanks to J&M builders(Zach Spents) LIVE WIRE ELECTRIC (Jade Marble)and North Canyon Construction (Jeff John) and the Crozair cabinets they did a great job it would have only take them one week from start to finish but, we had a bit of a problem with our counter top but they were sure to get it fixed as prompt as possible. I love my new bathroom it is so much bigger and I love it! I love the new colors and fixtures! The pictures are in backward order but you can get the picture

To some of you, you may think I am corny. I really don't care! I just wanted to take minute and vent or write how I feel! I am so thankful for my family and all that they all do! I am also so greatfull for the good people that I work with! I have gained a ton of new true friends and I love them all! My favorite date we ever had was we went to The blue bird and then we went to the logan cemetary and we were there for the rest of the evening and that is when I had found out my uncle had just passed away when colton literatly tripped over his grave marker! Nothing has really changed other than we have all had a touch of the flu! YUCK! Nothing like coming home to a sick husband after work! Then not even 24 hours later I got it! Ya no fun! So Bretlee always chews her nails and her yes toenails well I was sound asleep out on the couch cause the girls and I fell asleep out in the living room well I guess Bretlee was hungry or something and she decided that toenails sounded real good that is all I can think cause I woke right up to her chewing on my toes! I know not exactly appealing at all but, I grabbed my cell phone for a few pics I could not help it! She is such a stinker. As soon as I got the pic I looked at her toes she has eaten her big two toes to the point of bleeding! What is she lacking in her diet that would make this so apealing to her?

Winter Fun

While Colton had some time off during the holidays we were ablet to do some fun things! Carson and Amanda invited us to go to Hardware Ranch with them. It was a great time! We all got in the car and rode up together. Amanda got a little sick so we stopped and got the prego some crackers and then traded some seats and she was good to go! While Carson and Colt purchased our sleigh passes Amanda and I finished bundeling the girls and our selves up! We had a great time. After our sleigh ride we went back down and went to Chiles! We always have a great time when we go with Carson and Amanda! We actually probably have a better time than them because the girls LOVE LOVE LOVE them so much! They always want them to do everything we usually do for them!!! They are always so good to our girls and so good to us! Thanks for the invite!

So we did have a great christmas as I blogged yesterday! Then Today the girls my mom and I went and played in the snow and made a cute cute snow frog! They said they were going to go and build in the snow like my cousins son Ryker does on the beach! So we went out and made a frog! The snow would not pack so we had to shovel it into a pile and pack it down with water and shape it as we went and then we painted him so he is very noticable! I am so glad that we have had our family time that we have had this holiday season! We have been very blessed to have our family together and have had a great time doing thing together!!! Well I have always wanted to have a very white christmas! UNTIL TODAY! WOW! Change of plans in a big hurry! So well to back up a bit Colton and I went to Coltcons grandma and grandpa Potters last night and exchanged gifts. Then off to his parents house for presents french dip and much more food! We had a great time with them and Car Car and Mana! Then off from there to my moms where we usually go for our Christmas eve PJs well last night the girls could not stop at that so we ended up letting them open all there gifts at her house also! Well good thing because usually we get up see what santa brings and then open our family gifts then to my moms and then off to Coltons parents house again for Christmas dinner! Well we got up looked out and was like well we will be here for a while! So my mom called and said she did not even dare drive from her house to mine with no four wheel drive! So we just did our family christmas stuff and played with our girls for a while then Colton decided he would go snow blow! Well a few hours later after both of us (mostly colton) got us cleared out we came in and cleaned up AGAIN! Then it came down again! and Again and AGAIN! So we cleared it out again and it let up so we decided to brave our way to coltons moms for our traditional prime rib dinner! Well we got out there literatly sit down ate and had to come home because there was a white out! It took us 45 min to 1 hour to get home! I mean this is usually a 10 to 15 minute drive! We get home and our entire drive way is socked in with snow so low and behold Colton is out blowing it out again! So the girls and I have played and I have cleaned up after them ALL DAY LONG! I mean I think the toy and cloths factories blew up in my living room! What was santa & our the grandparents thinking! I have cleanded up this a million times today! Yet I have had a wonderful day! I really have not felt rushed all day and that has been nice just to be able to enjoy our little family! fWell although we really have not seen colton cause he has been clearing snow all day! Well now that the rush rush rush is over! We can hopefully enjoy everything that we all rushed so hard to get done! I hope everyone has had a wonderful holiday! I will post pictures when I figure my new camera out!

So today was just another day. Doing the usual clean take care of kids ya know make beds and so forth well it came time to wash the dishes and there were only a few so i waited till the girls were done with there nap and lunch and was going to do all the dishes! Well I was almost done with them and I washed this cup. Well as you can see there was a little piece broken off on the top of it so when I put my dish cloth down into the bottom and turned the cup it got me! Ouch suck the hot soapy water hurt a bit. Well when I looked down I had cut the web part of my had between my thumb and my pointer finger. So I got it all cleaned up and decided I would call the Dr and see if he had an apointment. So I waited about twenty or so minutes and went to the Dr sure enough I needed some stiches to h woold it together he said it would not heal if we left it open it was like a big hole cause the skin was cut open where it streches and looks like a web. So he went a head a.nd put 4 stiches in it. Well low and behold this is like the 4th set of stiches I have had in 2 years and 3 of them have been frow washing dishes.

So today I got a phone call from a very dear friend! She said Elj I have a huge huge favor! I was like ok! She never asks for anything so I was like something bad has happened, kinda getting prepared for the worst! She said well we had to evict some tenants out of one of our apartments and it is really really bad is there a way I can get you to help me! So i loaded the kids up and went over. Well we got there and started looking around and decided we needed a few more cleaning products so we walked across the street to the store and got some more cleaning supplies and she also got the kids toys and coloring stuff! We got back to the apartment and she rolled out some carpet that was clean and we put the kid stuff on the carpet and went to work cleaning! It amazes me how some people can live! There was trash garbage food all over so started junking everything but there was a lot of good canned food that the tenants must have been to lazy to move just likea chair and a bed and a lot of old cloths. So we put it in a box and we dontated it to the food pantry. Then when we did that we took our kids to Mcdonalds and let the kids play. It really was fun to be able to visit all day and let our kids play and we got that place lookin real good!
When we got home we got all cleaned up and the girls and I were watching a movie and my door bell rang and we answered it and Santa has sent two elves live with us for december and they will go report to santa evey night to santa every night to tell santa if they have been good! There names are Elva she is Crislyns Elf and Ellie is Bretlees Elf and they will watch the girls for Santa. They are so cute! THANKS SANTA

I am so thankful for my family! AHH I just can not imagine how life would be with out them. Colton is the best dad in the world for my girls! I can not imagine how hard it would be with out him. The girls keep me going. There is never a minute that the two of them are not up to something. They are best friends and they may be young but, still have each others back threw everything. It amazes me how close they are but, yet how different they are all at the same time. My family is my everything. I am so thankful for everything I have cause with out amazing kids and amazing husband I feel like I would be lost!!!

The year is almost gone!

So I know it is not right but, I went shopping today and got some more shopping done! I can not believe how fast this past year has gone! Last I new it it was like almost July and now we are in the end of November! I am such a procrastinator that I need the entire year to get things done so I can cram it all done in December! AHHHHH I always have great intentions on getting everything done and my patients just don't get me there. Well I hope everyone is not procrastinating like me!

Stupid Furnace.

So our furnace had a problemThursday. The wire that tells it that it is hot enough to blow the air was not working well cause it had broke off! So low and be hold Colton woke up and it was cold so he said "Hey the furnace is not working so it is getting cold." Well before that I did not know I was cold but, then I did. So when the girls woke up they did not want to get out of bed Bretlee said"it is to cold mom just leave me here" So I went and got a pair of sweats and put them over the girls PJ's. Then the Furnace guy came and looked at it thursday. Well they did not have the part in stock well at 60 degrees it was getting chilly. I know it is not freezing but on our wood floor in the kitchen it froze our feet. So the girls daisy and I left. We went t o Trisas then my moms. The girls and I staid at my moms. Colt worked both jobs and came home and toughed it out. He said it was not bad cause he was only here sleeping like 5 hours. But finally today they got it fixed at like four AHHHH. So hopefully that is fixed and no more problems. I am just thankful that it was not during a snow storm.

So Trish was so kind to sit side by side and huver over me and answer all my questions! So we can be friends on here and keep up with all our virtiual lives! Heck I was so confused and did not know what to do but, a little time with Trisha and I got it figured out I think. So the last few days have been a bit rough around my house! I really think I have had food poisoning. I have felt like total CRAP! Ah then you just grin and bear it once you are a mom there is no time to be sick. The kids dont stop needing or wanting. GOOD thing my mom had the last two days off! If she is off work the girls think they need to live at her house. My poor mom does not ever get a weekend off. The girls call her nine hundred times till she just comes and gets them. I know she dont really mind cause if they dont call first she calls for them. I am so greatful to have my family close. Colton is real good but, I when I dont feel well I just like to be left alone. I dont want to talk or anything I just want to cuddle up and be left alone. Now I am done whinning. But to the other part of my story is going to work sick. I really hate when people go to work sick cause it gets everyone else sick but then i did. I felt like if I thought it was contagious I would not go but I really think i ate something bad. ok I am done

Getting started!

So I am so new to the blogspot! Give me a bit and I will get use to it! I just decided to get a blogspot so that I can keep up on life! I think that it is so crazy how we have all need our computer to talk!!! Well so to fill everyone in Crislyn and Bretlee turned 3 in July and they are full of it. Crislyn is so your typical girl but so fasinated with wild life bugs mice creatures of any kind and or size but still loves to dress up make up the hole bit. Bretlee is you laid back run naked and be free. Give her a pen and paper and she is golden. They are awesome kids! I am very lucky they really keep each other busy they are typical BUSY 3 year olds. Colton is working at ATK! He works a ton of hours and still finds time for his girls! He is a great dad. The most rewarding time for me is when he walks threw the front door and they yell DADDY YOU HOME! I miss you daddy. That makes me real fast how lucky they are to have an amazing dad. Not all of us were that lucky. I am still trying to plug away at school kinda at a stand still waiting on availiable classes until January now. I am working at Kent's also.
